Simply 'fly' to Belize, and start heading North, South, East or West on your adventures. The vehicle will be fully titled, insured and registered in your name, fitted with Belize license plates with all duties & taxes paid.
When the adventure is over, you can take your vehicle home if you wish, or simply sell it in any of the countries you are visiting, there will be local duties & taxes of course, not applicable if you chose Belize, but again, no hassle, just fly out of your final destination back home.
